Controller and purposes
KYVORIAN, 5 Rue Auguste Payant, 69007 Lyon, France, is the controller for enquiries received through this website. Data contact: business@kyvoriansoftware.tech. Enquiry information is used to understand your project, correspond with you and prepare a proposal if requested.
Data and necessity
The form collects your customer profile, project region, chosen specialism, description, name and email. Organisation, budget and phone are optional. Required information enables a reply; without it we may be unable to handle the enquiry. Do not send credentials, identity documents or sensitive data. No account is created.
Legal bases
Requested pre-contractual steps rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where appropriate. General correspondence and security may rely on our legitimate interest in responding and protecting the service, subject to appropriate balancing. Legal recordkeeping relies on applicable obligations. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Recipients and providers
Authorised KYVORIAN personnel and providers needed for hosting, form intake and email handle the data. When activated, Netlify Forms receives submissions and may retain them in the publisher’s dashboard; notifications pass through the configured email service. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention
Enquiries remain active while being handled. The intended policy is to delete or anonymise enquiries that do not proceed 12 months after the last exchange, unless a documented need or legal obligation requires retention. Contract files follow applicable contract, accounting and legal-defence periods. Provider and email copies must follow the same policy; automatic deletion is not assumed.
Transfers and security
Hosting, forms and email may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Safeguards must match the providers actually used: adequacy decisions or contractual clauses and additional measures where required. Exclusively French storage is not guaranteed. Access should be limited, accounts protected and test data kept separate.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by emailing business@kyvoriansoftware.tech. Consent to any separately consent-based processing may be withdrawn without retroactive effect. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may also complain to the French supervisory authority at cnil.fr.
