Contractual rights are distinct from simply contacting us. This website does not conclude sales.
Quotation enquiries
Sending an enquiry requires no payment and does not oblige you to order. You can tell us that you do not wish to proceed. No deposit is collected on this site.
Distance service contracts with consumers
Where withdrawal rights apply, a consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of a distance service contract. The fact that development is bespoke does not automatically remove that right. Withdrawal information and a model form must be supplied before commitment.
Starting before the period ends
Early commencement requires an appropriate express request from the consumer. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance requires the consents and acknowledgements required by law; merely beginning work is not enough. Withdrawal after a valid early-start request may entail a proportionate charge for services actually supplied, subject to statutory conditions.
Notifying and refunding
An unambiguous notice may be sent to business@kyvoriansoftware.tech or KYVORIAN, 5 Rue Auguste Payant, 69007 Lyon, France. The downloadable model is optional. Refunds due following withdrawal are made within statutory deadlines, generally within 14 days of receiving the decision, subject to amounts lawfully due for valid early performance.
Other cancellation and statutory rights
For business clients and cancellations outside statutory withdrawal rights, the agreed terms, work supplied and mandatory rights apply. No blanket “all deposits are non-refundable” rule is stated. Applicable statutory remedies and digital-service guarantees are not replaced by a commercial correction policy.
