INFORMATION / VERSION OF 4 NOVEMBER 2026

Service terms

A catalogue for understanding. A quotation for commitment. These terms explain the general framework without replacing project-specific conditions.

From catalogue to agreement

A form or email enquiry is not an order. After the need is clarified, a written proposal specifies deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, prerequisites, schedule, acceptance and financial terms. Paid work does not begin without identifiable agreement to that proposal. A requirement change may need an agreed amendment before implementation.

Pricing and payment

“From” amounts are starting prices in euros for the described scopes, not subscriptions or unlimited packages. The quote confirms the total payable and applicable tax treatment before agreement; consumers must receive a clear total amount. Third-party costs, licences, cloud and travel are not added without disclosure and agreement. Payment schedule, methods and applicable late-payment rules are stated in the contractual documents.

Collaboration and schedule

The client provides necessary content, usage rights, samples, authorised access and agreed approvals. Passwords must not be sent through the public form. Dates depend on disclosed prerequisites; missing information or scope changes may require a written schedule revision. Permanent availability is not included by default.

Acceptance and handover

Verification follows agreed scenarios and acceptance criteria. Deviations from the accepted scope are distinguished from new requests. Code, access and documentation are handed over under the project-specific terms. Assigned or licensed rights, third-party components and licence obligations are defined there. Any agreed correction period does not displace applicable statutory rights.

Operation and boundaries

Hosting, API fees, updates, monitoring and ongoing maintenance need explicit scope. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms. No sales figure, productivity gain, ranking, absence of all defects or absolute security is guaranteed. Agreed liability limitations cannot remove the client’s mandatory rights.

Consumers, complaints and applicable law

Withdrawal and refund rules are explained on the dedicated page. Complaints can be emailed to business@kyvoriansoftware.tech. Before concluding a consumer contract, KYVORIAN must disclose the actual appointed consumer mediator; this arrangement remains to be finalised by the publisher. No consumer contract should be concluded before this disclosure. French law may govern the contract without removing applicable mandatory consumer protections or competent courts.
